• I have bought an FSO package. I need to login into members area to download theme, but I am unable to login.

  You need to send us a request with your email used at the time of purchase. You can also use our updater app to install a new version of the theme here: https://ecom.flyingstartonline.com/theme-docs

• I want to transfer my theme licence from current store to the new store I plan to open soon. Is it possible?

• I want a refund for the amount I paid for theme, is it possible?

  Refund is not an option. We will not be able to refund you partially or in full also as we do not have a refund policy for the theme. Alternatively, what we can do is to transfer your theme license if you can find a buyer by yourself. 

• The template suffix for FAQs, About and Contact us are not present/missing in the Dropship theme. Can you help?

  The dropship theme has to be published before you see the templates in the suffix. Once you publish the theme you can see the About, FAQ and contact us page template. 

• How do I add/update the theme license key through the customise option?

  From Shopify admin>Online store>Themes>Customise. Next - click on Theme settings>License Key Enter your theme license >Click Save (on top right).
